Background in Business and Finance
I have a financial planner background and I spent many years working in business and finance before becoming a real estate agent.
I have always found this experience helpful in my real estate career. An in depth understanding of financial products, especially mortgages, has been beneficial to myself and my clients. As result of this experience I have a high understanding of complex financial transactions or a family’s financial complexity, even an appreciation for the needs of housing investors.
In addition my experience instilled in me a strong worth ethic.
Delivering a Great Service
I am committed to delivering a high quality service to my customers. I work on the principle that a satisfied customer will refer me to their neighbors, friends or relatives. People may not buy a property or put their homes for sale very often, but they want someone they can trust when they do and often rely on a referral from someone who has had a good experience with a realtor.
The key to my success has been tailoring my service to meet the needs of the individual client. Everyone has different support needs. For example, first time home buyers will need a higher level of support than a property investor. Both are buying a residential property, but there housing priorities will be very different. Similarly clients putting houses for sale will have different needs also.
